Translation Inaccuracy and Strategies in Foreign Economic and Trade Contracts

针对涉外经贸合同中经常出现的失真问题,从误传信息、模糊概念、表达不一致等三个方面加以例证分析,提出相应的解决策略,即"忠实,准确,统一"三个根本原则,以期进一步提高涉外经贸合同翻译的准确性。

This paper is going to analyze the inaccurate problem from three aspects, misrepresent the information, and make the conception vague, and express the terms inconsistently, which are common existing in the translation of the foreign economic and trade contracts, and proposes three basic principles- faithfulness, exactness, and consistence-with an aim of great accuracy.
