General Experience and New Inclination in Administrative System Reform

本文通过分析行政改革的背景,揭示了广州市行政体制改革的发展历程、主要成效和基本经验,并提出广州市行政体制改革的新取向是:行政机构精简化、行政管理民主化、政府行为法制化、公共服务社会化和政府管理电子化。

Based on the analysis of the background of administrative system reform, this paper has revealed the developing process, major achievements and general experience of Guangzhou Municipal administrative system reform, and proposes that the new inclination of Guangzhou municipal administrative system reform comprises the streamlining of administrative organizations, administrative democratization, legalization of governmental actions, socialization of public services and electronic governmental administration.
