摘要
本试验以牛蒡叶为原料,利用大孔树脂层析法对牛蒡叶中类胡萝卜素进行纯化研究。通过静态与动态试验,确定大孔树脂层系法的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:大孔树脂中AB-8吸附的效果最好,最佳洗脱溶剂为70%乙醇,经AB-8树脂柱纯化后类胡萝卜素的浓度提高了74.85%,纯化率可达到42.81%。
In this experiment column chromatography composed of the macroporous adsorption resin was used to purify the extract of carotenoid flavonoids in leaf of Arctium Lappa L. Static adsorption capacity and static desorption rate were assayed to determine the proper macroporous resin for barley polyphenols, and the most suitable manipuation paramenters of macroporous resin were confirmed.The results showed that AB-8 macroporous resin has strong adsorption capacity and easy desorption property, the most effective elution reagent is 70% ethanol in the experiment. After purification of AB-8, the content of carotenoid in leaf of Arctium Lappa L increased by 74.85% and purification rate was 42.81%.
