摘要
目的:寻找一组最优化的消解和仪器方法测定小麦粉中的铅。方法:以干法消化、湿法消化、微波消化三种消化方法和石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)、原子荧光法(AFS)两种仪器法进行6组正交实验。结果:采用微波法消化,以GFAAS测定的方法回收率最高,重现性最好,检出限最低,操作简便,方法可靠。结论:可用微波消解-GFAAS法作为测定小麦中的铅的首选方法。
Objective: To find out an optimum method of assimilation and instrument to determine Plumbum in wheat flour. Method: To perform six cross-experiments of the three assimilation methods, dry assimilation, wet assimilation and microwave assimilation and of two instrument methods, GFAAS and AFS. Results: The method of microwave assimilation-GFAAS can get the highest recovery, the best recurrence and the lowest detection limit, the operation is simple and the method is dependable. Conclusion: The method of microwave assimilation-GFAAS is the preferred one to determine Plumbum in wheat flour in this experiment.
