以重庆市彭水县为中心的历代"黔中文化,"辐射五省市,具有建设成为长江上游"文化高地"和"旅游高地"的潜质。"黔中文化"大概念具体包括了"中国溪洞文化"、"百溪千洞"、"蛮部文化"等多种旅游文化形态,可以进行国家级的开发,并以彭水县的旅游发展为基础,打造"中国溪洞文化艺术节"、"古黔中神秘溪洞文化之旅"两个旅游产品。

The culture with the characteristics of Guizhou. centered in Chongqing＇s Pengshui district and influential in the five neighboring provinces and cities has the potential to be developed into a cultural center and a tourism center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. The culture with the characteristics of Guizhou generally includes a large number of cultural forms such as the culture regarding eaves with streams, natural landscapes of numerous brooks winding through thousands of eaves, the culture about uncivilized tribes. These cultural forms can be developed at national level into such two forms as China＇s cultural festival of eaves with brooks and cultural journeys to mysterious ancient Guizhou eaves based on the development of tourism in Pengshui county.
