高校辅导员非权力影响力是由辅导员自身素质产生的影响和改变他人心理与行为的力量,是高校辅导员个人的品德修养、综合才能、才识水平、情感智力的整体反映。深入进行辅导员非权力影响力的构成因素及机制分析,有助于辅导员提高认识,增强非权力影响力,提高工作能力和水平,从而增强高校思政工作的实效性。

The so-called university political instructors＇ non-power influence （NPI） is the force to affect and change the psychology and behaviors of other people. NPI is the concomitant ability with the makings of instructors, and reflect their moral culture, comprehensive capabilities, knowledge level and emotional intelligence. The in-depth analysis of inscape and mechanism of NPI could benefit both the political instructors and universities, either to improve those instructors＇ cognitive and working capabilities and boost their NPI or to increase the substantial results of Chinese universities＇ political education.
