摘要
研究了室温下运行的上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器在加入工业金属加工产生的废弃物铁刨花前后对城镇污水处理效果的改变情况.结果表明,在加入铁刨花后,其出水水质得到显著提高,COD,SS的平均值分别从102,77 mg.L-1降为47,8 mg.L-1,色度、浊度平均值分别从12倍,15度降为9倍、11度,达到国家城镇污水厂污染物排放一级A标准(GB 18918—2002).出水硫化物从18 mg.L-1减少至8 mg.L-1和SS的减少是出水COD得以降低的主要原因.铁刨花在UASB反应器中所形成Fe2+在控制出水硫化物、SS浓度,降低出水COD、色度、浊度方面具有关键作用.
The variation of the municipal wastewater treatment by an UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) run in ambient temperature after adding iron shavings has been investigated. The experiment results show that effluent quality was improved obviously. The average COD (chemical oxygen demand), SS (suspended solids), colour, mrbity decreased from 102 to 47 mg· L^- 1,18 to 8 mg· L^- 1, 12 to 9 mg·L^- 1,15 to 11 mg· L^- 1 respectively, meeting the requirement of The First Grade (A) of Discharge Standards for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). Decrease of both sulfide from 18 to 8 mg· L^- 1 and SS concentration resulted in the reduction of COD level in effluent. Fe^2+ produced from iron shavings in the UASB played a key role in controlling the concentration of both sulfide and SS and reducing the levels of COD, colour, turbity.
