经济学框架下的体现激励报酬的绩效测评原理——以某国有水电企业为例

摘要 参照经济学相关理论前沿,归纳出与激励报酬互动的绩效测评原理的新进展,基于此,文章以某国有水电企业机关职能为例,设置了体现激励报酬原理的绩效评价指标体系,为国企机关职能部门绩效评价难题提供了解决的思路和参考依据。
