Financial Holding Company: Problems and Choice of Development

金融控股公司已经成为我国金融业的重要组成部分。它为中国金融业的改革、创新和发展带来了巨大动力与活力,但也带来不少问题与挑战。文章通过分析金融控股公司进一步发展所面临着一些外部制约因素和内部问题,提出应尽快设立金融控股公司法、建立专门的监管机构、完善法人治理结构和创建金融控股公司的内部控制机制等措施促进其健康有序的发展。

Financial holding company has become an important part of financial industry in China. It has generated great driving force and vitality for Chinese financial reform, innovation and development. But there exist some problems and challenges. After analyzing some basic elements for further development of financial holding company, the paper points out that w should work out laws governing financial holding company as soon as possible, set up supervision organization and improve corporate management structure in order to promote the sound development of financial holding company.
