神经精神性狼疮的脑脊液分析

Analysis of Cerebrospinal Fluid of Patients with Neuropsychiatric Lupus Erythematosus

目的分析神经精神性狼疮(NPLE)患者的脑脊液(CSF)水平。方法检测25例NPLE和20例非NPLE狼疮患者脑脊液的脑压、常规、生化以及一些免疫指标,包括抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链DNA(anti-dsD-NA)抗体,检查方法同血清测定。结果NPLE组的脑脊液压力、细胞数、蛋白含量水平升高(P<0.05)。NPLE患者的ANA,anti-dsDNA抗体阳性率均高于非NPLE患者(P<0.05)。两组患者脑脊液中糖及氯化物含量正常,两组比较差异无显著性。结论SLE患者脑脊液的改变与神经系统受累的严重程度一致,检查CSF,尤其是一些免疫学指标,对NPLE诊断及治疗有重要意义。

Objective To explore significative meaning in cerebrospinal fluid（ CSF） of patients with neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus（NPLE）.Methods The pressure , cells , protein , sugar , chloride , anti nuclear antibody（ANA） ,and anti-dsDNA antibody in CSF were curried on in 45 cases systemic lupus erythematosus （ SLE ） including 25 cases NPLE. Results The pressure, cells and protein in CSF in NPLE group were higher than that of in non-NPLE group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The positive rate of ANA and anti-dsDNA antibody was higher than that of in non-NPLE group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Sugar and chloride levels were normal in two groups. After treatment, levels of pressure, cells, protein, ANA and anti-dsDNA antibody decreased to normal in ten cases of NPLE group. Conclusion The analysis~ of CSF is important for diagnosis and treatment of patients with NPLE.
