摘要
目的观察OsteoSet颗粒在修复骨囊肿术后骨缺损中的临床疗效。方法应用OsteoSet颗粒修复骨囊肿术后骨缺损21例,骨缺损范围为2.0cm×2.1cm×3.0cm～4.1cm×3.0cm×6.2cm。根据病变情况制定手术方案,合并有病理性骨折者术中应用内固定。结果随访11～24(17.38±4.10)个月,骨愈合良好,愈合时间3～6个月,无复发及并发症。按Neer和Chigira的标准并结合X线评价骨囊肿愈合情况,21例骨囊腔完全愈合,均达到Ⅳ级。结论应用OsteoSet颗粒修复骨囊肿术后骨缺损安全可靠,效果满意,是一种理想的骨移植替代物。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of the repair of hone defect caused by hone cyst with OsteoSet. Methods 21 cases of bone cysts were treated with OsteoSet pellets. The dimension of bone defect ranged from 2. 0 cm × 2. 1 cm × 3.0 cm to 4. 1 cm ×3.0cm×6. 2 cm. Surgery methods were made according to pathological change situation, and the cases with pathologic fracture were undergone internal fixation. Results The follow-up of all cases ranged from 11 to 24 （17. 38 ± 4. 10） months. The bone healing was good, and the healing time was 3 -6 months. There was no graft-related complications. All cases were achieved Ⅳ Level recovery in according to Neer and Chigira＇s criteria. Conclusions It is effective and safe to use OsteoSet pellets in the reconstruction of bone cyst.
