摘要
概述了多层镀锌钢板搭接激光焊接方式的焊缝成型机理,分析了影响激光焊接质量的几个主要工艺参数及其变化规律,并结合具体车型工程实际,通过工艺试验,讨论了针对3层镀锌钢板不同的板材厚度组合,焊接速度、焊接方式和叠层间隙等工艺参数的影响作用,最后提出了获得良好焊接质量的方法。
The mechanism of laser welding technology on overlap joint of galvanized steel sheets was briefly introduced. The effects and rules on laser welding quality of several main process parameters were analyzed. Based on the actual production of certain car type, the welding speed, welding method, and the overlapping gap were discussed with the different thickness combination of the sheets through the tests. Finally, the method for achieving the good welding quality was proposed.
