摘要
分析激光自准直测角系统的安装误差,得出误差主要来源:光学系统和PSD的倾斜安装。针对光学系统的倾斜安装,建立畸变误差模型并仿真分析,得出结论:光学系统光轴平行于转轴时,像点坐标不因平面镜旋转角度的不同而存在误差,变化的仅是折射光线与光轴的夹角;光轴与转轴相交时,像点坐标随光轴与转轴的夹角、焦距和平面镜初始位置法线与转轴夹角的变化而产生较大的畸变误差。建立的误差模型及仿真结果为提高激光自准直测量精度提供了一个有效的理论指导,具有一定的工程实际应用价值。
Through analyzing the installation errors of laser auto-collimation angle measurement system, the main error sources, which are the slanting installation of optical system and position sensitive detector (PSD), are given. For the slanting installation of optical system, the distortion error models are established and the simulations are done. Some conclusions show that when the optical axial is parallel to the rotational axial, the distortion errors for coordinates of image points are not brought with different rotation angle of plane mirror, except variational angles between refraction ray and optical axial. When the optical axial intersects the rotational axial, the larger distortion errors for coordinates of image points are brought with different angles between optical axial and rotational axial, focal lengths and angles between initializing position normal of plane mirror and rotational axial. An available theoretical reference for improving the measurement precision of laser auto-collimation angle measurement is proved. Thus it is really valuable in engineering applications.
