输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石96例 被引量:11

Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy of Ureteral Calculus with Ho: YAG Laser: A Report of 96 Cases

摘要 探讨选择不同能量和频率钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的技巧与方法。方法:应用硬性输尿管镜和钬激光在不同频率和脉冲能量下(先由低能量高频率开始)针对96例输尿管结石患者碎石治疗。结石横径3-16mm,纵径9-33mm。单发结石58例,上段16例,中段27例,下段15例。多发结石(一侧多发或双侧输尿管结石)38例。结果:91例手术成功(94.8%)。手术时间25-113min,平均为42min。87例2-6周内结石全部排净(95.6%)。结论:输尿管镜下适当的钬激光碎石术技巧和方法治疗输尿管结石安全有效,成功率高。 To discuss the skills and methods in ureteroscopic lithotripsy of ureteral calculus by selecting different pulse and frequency of Ho:YAG laser. Methods: 96 patients with ureteral calculus were treated through ureteroscopy with different pulse and frequency of Ho:YAG laser (beginning with low pulse and high frequency). The width of calculus ranges from 3 to 16 mm, and the length 9 to 33 mm. There were 58 cases of single calculus, among which 16 cases are upper ureteral stones, 27 middle ones and 15 lower ones. 38 cases were with multiple calculus (including unilateral and bilateral multiple calculus). Resuhs: 91 operations were sUccessful (94.8%). The mean operation time is 42 minutes (ranges from 25 to 113 minutes). The calculi in 87 patients were discharged in 2 to 6 weeks (95.6%). Conclusion: It is safe, effective and with high success rate to remove ureteral calculus through ureteroscopy with Ho:YAG laser.
