摘要
介绍了国外近年来发展比较快速的可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱法(TDLAS)分析的原理,以及这种高灵敏度、高分辨率气体分析技术在非创伤、快速医学诊断中的研究进展。
TDLAS (tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy) technique are used to monitor several important exhaled breath molecules, such as NO.CO.isotopic ratio of ^13CO2/^12CO2 and N2O. The progressive research of gas analysis technique based on TDLAS in medical diagnostics is introduced, and the main principles are analyzed. TDLAS technique which has rapid sensitivity and high-resolution can promote noninvasive hyper tape medical diagnostics.
