探讨运动血压反应的临床价值 被引量:9

摘要 虽然正常人运动中收缩压(SBP)均会升高,然而不少研究证明运动中SBP过度增高也是异常的反应。超强的增压反应(exaggerated blood pressure response to exercise,exBPR)提示血管内皮功能障碍可作为血管硬化的早期指标,并能预示靶器官损害、新发高血压和心血管事件的危险,因此值得关注。
