急性脑卒中的血压管理
摘要
急性脑卒中的最合适动脉血压管理，目前缺乏可靠的临床试验依据，根据不同卒中类型，动脉血压的合适处理存在一定差别。本文拟就急性脑卒中的流行病学情况，脑血流调节以及目前对急性缺血性卒中（AIS），颅内出血（ICH）血压管理的认识等问题作简要综述。
