胆总管探查后T型管引流对胆道菌群影响的研究 被引量：2

摘要 外科长期以来对胆管结石的病人行胆总管探查后常规放置T管引流。为了解T管引流对胆道菌群的影响，笔者对2004年1月至2006年12月152例胆总管探查、T管引流术病人的术中、术后胆汁分别进行细菌培养，现分析报告如下。
