第三脑室内异位垂体腺瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 垂体腺瘤是颅内常见的肿瘤，起源于垂体前叶细胞，位于蝶鞍内。垂体腺瘤位于蝶鞍以外的其他部位，称为异位垂体腺瘤，极为少见。其中第三脑室内异位垂体腺瘤，目前国外文献仅有2例报道。我们2007年12月收治1例，术前诊断为：鞍上及第三脑室占位病变，定性诊断困难，术后经病理证实为垂体腺瘤。报告如下。
