摘要
对肉仔鸡利用简化免疫程序免疫后的生产性能及免疫效果进行了观察。结果表明：对肉仔鸡采用ＮＤ－ＩＢＤ活、死苗一次性免疫接种，具有ＮＤ及ＩＢＤ抗体产生早、高而持久的特点，足以保护肉仔鸡整个饲养周期。减少了因免疫接种引起的应激反应，从而使其生产性能得到显著提高。
he experiment was conducted to study the performance and immunological result of broilers immunized by simplifying immunization procedure.The results indicated that when broilers were inoculated with ND-IBD two in one attenuated vaccine and ND-IBD two in one killed vaccine at the same time,the ND HI antibody titer and IBD AGP positive rate in serum of the broilers were much higher than those in serum of control group and could protect the broilers to avoid infection of NDV and IBDV in the whole raising period,this procedure reduced stress reaction and improved performance of broilers.
