鸡眼型葡萄球菌分离鉴定及防治技术研究

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF EYEFORM STAPHYLOCOCCUS OF CHICKEN AND ITS PREVENTION AND CURE TECHNIQOE

从自然发病鸡群眼结膜囊内分离到１４株葡萄球菌，并对该菌进行生化特性及致病性等试验，证实眼型葡萄球菌具有致病性。通过体外药敏试验、有效消毒剂的筛选及疫苗的研制，筛选出氨苄青霉素和过氧乙酸。用于实际病例防治，能有效地控制眼型葡萄球菌病的发生与发展。

he 14 staphylococcuses isolated from the conjunctiva bladder of naturally infected chickens were tested for biochemical characteristics and virulence.It proved that this staphy lococcus had virulence and the antibiotic medicine chosen firstAmpicillin and disinfectantPeraxyacetic acid was screened by the external medicinal anaphylaxis experimenting,disinfectant and vaccine developing with the case treatment using the spraying disinfectant and the antibiotic medicine acternatively,the occurence and development of eyeform staphylococcus disease could be controlled quickly and efficiently.
