随‘伏’苹果成熟衰老,果肉硬度迅速下降,吲哚乙酸氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性呈双峰曲线变化。在果实的不同部位,以果肉的吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性最高。
sFuapples ripened and grew senescent,the flesh firmness decreased rapidly;and the activities of IAA oxidase and peroxidase(POD) changed as couple peak curve.The activity of IAA oxidase in the flesh was the highest among the different parts of fruit.
