雌激素对体外大鼠血小板线粒体功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用大鼠体外血小板,初步探讨雌激素对血小板线粒体的作用,为人体线粒体功能相关研究提供理论基础。方法应用流式细胞仪和高效液相色谱仪分别检测在雌激素作用下体外血小板在各时间点的线粒体膜电位和ATP变化。结果在1h时间点,雌激素组的血小板线粒体膜电位及ATP含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),分别高出23.08%和66.44%。结论体外血小板应用雌激素孵育,在1h时间点能短时增强血小板功能。
