乳腺导管造影在乳腺导管内乳头状瘤诊断中的临床应用

The Diagnostic Value of Breast Galactography in Intraductal Papilloma of Breast

目的探讨乳腺导管造影在乳腺导管内乳头状瘤诊断中的价值。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实,资料较完整的45例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的乳腺导管造影表现。结果45例乳腺导管造影显示48支导管异常,导管内圆形充盈缺损23支,不规则充盈缺损12支,小条状充盈缺损4支,导管截断状改变9支。45例术前均经导管造影检出,其中41例在术前明确诊断,准确率达91.1%。结论乳腺导管造影对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断有极其重要的价值。

Objective To improve the value of breast galactography in diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma. Materials and Methods 45 cases of galactography with intraductal papilloma infirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, Results There were 48 ducts involved with intraductal papilloma in 45 cases. The features of breast intraductal papilloma in galactography were circular filling defect in 23 ducts, irregular filling defect in 12 ducts, strip filling defect in 4 ducts,and mammary duct blocked in 9 ducts. Among 45 cases,41 cases of intraductal papilloma were diagnosed correctly before surgery. The accuracy was 91.1%. Conclusion Breast galactography plays important role in diagnosis of intraductal papilloma.
