信息技术的全面发展与推广应用为实施现代远程教育提供了重要的技术保障,现代远程教育系统的重要组成元素教师的角色地位较之于传统教育发生了重大转变。文章试图从教师与学生、教师与教学内容、教师与教学媒体等之间的关系分析中把握现代远程教育系统中教师的定位问题,并由此提出几条建议帮助教师完成这种定位的转变。
