根据有关资料显示,有相当一部分大学生心理健康状况不容乐观,文章对高校体育教学中心理健康教育的现状、高校体育教学中实施心理健康教育的重要性及可行性的了解与分析,并提出了相应的对策,旨在使心理健康教育尽快融合到体育教学中来,从而拓宽心理健康教育的渠道,同时促进学校体育教学的改革。

Some statistics reveal that quite a lot of university students have mental troubles. The essay analyzes the conditions of mental health education in university physical education and the importance and the feasibility of carrying out mental health education in university physical education. The essay also proposes corresponding countermeasure which leads to the cooperation between mental health education with physical education. Thus, channels of mental health education are diversified and the physical education is promoted.
