摘要
从教学效率及学生学习成效的角度对成人高等教育有效教学的内涵进行了界定,并从教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、教学评价、教学管理等方面入手对其特征进行了探讨。
This article give the conception about effective teaching of adult higher education from teaching efficiency and student learning effect. And discussing the character of effective teaching in the way of teaching goal, teaching content, teaching mode, teaching estimate and teaching administration.
