我国现代大学制度的构建与大学精神的重建

Construction of China's Modern University System and Reconstruction of University's Spirits

在高等教育发展历史中,大学精神的形成成为建立现代大学制度的标志。我国当代大学精神的衰微,既有"官学"色彩浓厚和发展过程中继承性不足的历史因素,也有大学在社会转型期面临困境的现实因素。构建我国现代大学制度,需要从人文精神、自治精神、学术自由精神、批判精神等四个方面对大学精神进行重建。

In the history of higher education＇s development, the university＇s spirits become the symbol of the construction of modern university system. The decadency of university＇ s spirits in the present age in China is attributed to the following aspects： one is that universities have too thick bureaucratic airs; the second is that they have little continuity in their development; the third is that they face puzzledom on the stage of the social transformation. The construction of modern university system in China should reconstruct university＇s spirits from four aspects such as the spirits of humanities, self-government, academic freedom and critique.
