在当今高校教育思想、方式不断变化的形势下,奖学金制度似乎失去了过去的吸引力。许多人把问题归结于奖金金额上,但从现实情况看,其他方面例如奖励形式和宣传等方面的不足也大大限制了奖学金奖励制度发挥作用的效力。奖学金激励制度需要改进与完善。

In colleges and universities, teaching ideas and teaching methods are changing all the time, while the scholarship system seems to lose the attractiveness as it did in the past. Some people attribute the problem to the deficient amount of the awards, yet from the practical point of view, other sides of the system like the form of rewarding, propaganda also restrict the system＇s exertion efficiency. Scholarship system has to be improved so as to get adapted to the changing environment.
