摘要
主要依据文献分析来回顾与反思近年来创新型人才培养研究的兴起、发展及现状,并结合国外创新型人才培养的成功经验尝试着为我国深化大学教学改革、培养创新型人才的研究提出对策和建议。
Based on the literature analysis, the author reviews the rise, development and current situation on the study of innovative talents cultivation, and refers to some successful experience from abroad trying to put forward some related solutions and suggestions to deepen the teaching reform in colleges and cultivate innovative talents.
