摘要
根据情绪智力与管理胜任能力的理论,通过抽样调查,验证了情绪智力与一般管理能力的结构,反映了管理专业本科生情绪智力与一般管理能力的水平状况;通过不同年级、专业的差异性分析,找出了目前在情商与管理能力培养方面存在的问题;相关分析与回归分析结果显示情绪智力与一般管理能力的高相关性,并且情绪智力对一般管理能力具有很高的预测力。根据实证分析的结果,得出了对管理专业本科生培养的启示与建议。
According to thc emotional intelligence theory and managerial competence theory, a sample survey is carried out. The investigation results verify the structures of the emotional intelligence and general managerial competence, and show levels of the undergraduates specialized in managemcnt in these two aspects. Through differential analysis between different grades and specialties, some problems are found in fostering emotional intelligence and managerial competence. The results of correlation and regression analysis demonstrate that there is a high correlation between emotional intelligence and general managerial competence, and tile emotional intelligence can precisely predict the general managerial competence. Based on the results of empirical study, some inspiration and suggestions about training undergraduates specialized in management are presented.
