目的:应用Olympus-240电子胃镜对上消化道异物取出的方法及优点。方法:回顾分析我院2002年2月至2007年2月间诊治上消化道异物病人38例的临床资料。结果:38例中37例获得成功,1例失败转外科治疗,所有成功病例均无严重并发症发生。结论:应用内镜下治疗上消化道异物简单、经济、安全有效。
