葛根素联合参脉治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Puerarin Associated with Shenmai Injection in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Diseases

目的:探讨葛根素联合参脉治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:108例确诊为冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给以参麦注射液60ml加入5%葡萄糖250ml或生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,25滴/min,1次/d,14d为一疗程。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用葛根素500mg+5%葡萄糖溶液500ml静滴,每天1次,疗程14d。结果:治疗组显效23例,有效24例,无效7例,总有效率87%(47/54);对照组显效11例,有效13例,无效30例,总有效率44%(24/54)。结论:葛根素与参脉在治疗冠心病心绞痛中有协同作用,可以在临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the effect puerarin associated with Shenmai injection in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods： 108 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups. The contrast group cases received Shenmai injection 60ml plus sodium chlo- ride 250ml,25 drops per rain, ivgtt, qd for 14d;The treatment group cases received both Puerarin injection 500mg plus sodium chloride 500ml, ivgtt, qd for 14d and Shenmai injection as the way in the contrast group. Results：There were 23 cases excellent, 24 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective in the treated group. The total effective rate was 87% （47/54）. There were 11 cases excellent, 13 cases effective and 30 cases inef- fective in the contrast group. The total effective rate was 44% （24/54）. Conclusion ：The puerarin associated with Shenmai injection have a good synergism in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart diseases and it can be used widely in clinical.
