Clinical Observation of Three Methods in Termination of 10～16 Weeks Pregnancy

目的：探讨三种方法用于终止10-16周妊娠的效果。方法：利凡诺、米非司酮配伍米索前列醇口服、米非司酮口服配伍米索前列醇阴道给药三种方法随机应用于孕10-16周要求终止妊娠的妇女,随机分成A、B、C三组,观察其有效率,阴道出血量,米索前列醇用量,用药次数,引流产时间,胎盘残留率及副作用。结果：米非司酮配伍米索前列醇组引流产有效率明显高于利凡诺组,BC组与A组比较差异有显著性,P〈0.05,B、C两组相比无差异性,P〉0.05,阴道出血量三组比较无差异,C组米索用量、流产时间少于B组,两组比较差异有显著性,P〈0.05,给药次数、胎盘残留率无明显差异,P〉0.05,副反应以阴道给药为最少。结论：米非司酮米索前列醇应用于终止孕10-16周妊娠效果良好,尤其以米索前列醇阴道给药效果佳,副作用少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of three methods in termination of 10 - 16 weeks pregnancy. Methods： 120 women who was required to terminate 10 -16 weeks pregnancy were divided into three groups randomly： group A （ 40 cases, intra - amniotic injection of Acrinol）, group B （ 40 cases, mefepris- tone with misoprostol ）, group C（40 cases, mefepristone with misoprostol in vagina ）. The success incidence of induction of labor , bleeding during labor and two hours after labor, the quantity of misoprostol, the times of given medicament of misoprostol,in the time periods of delivery after different administrations, the residual rate of placenta and fetal membranes, side - effect were observed in three groups respectively. Results： The success incidence of induction of labor , group A showed significant difference compared group with B and group C,respectively, （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, but group B and group C showed no significant difference （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. The amount of bleeding showed no difference among the three group （ P 〉 O. 05 ） , The group C showed less the quantity of misoprostol.shorter time periods of delivery after different administrations than group B,there were significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 O. 05 ） , the times of given misoprostol, the residual rate of placenta and fetal membranes, group B and group C showed no significant difference （ P 〉 O. 05 ） , but group C had less side - effect than group B. Conclusion.. Mefepristone combined with misoprostol is an effec- tive method in the termination of 10 -16 weeks pregnancy,and the misoprostol in vagina is the best way, it has less side - effect, it ＇ s suitable for wide - spread use.
