摘要
目的:研究肝癌手术患者的住院费用构成及其影响因素。方法:采用统计描述、方差分析、多元回归分析等方法对肝癌住院手术患者病案首页数据进行分析。结果:影响肝癌手术患者住院费用的主要因素有住院天数、患者年龄、有无院内感染和并发症、支付费用方式等。结论:缩短肝癌患者住院天数、提高肝癌诊治水平、完善医疗保险制度等是控制肝癌患者住院费用的有效途径。
Objective： To analyze the constitution of hospitalization expense and influent factors in pa- tients with liver cancer receiving lobectomy of liver. Methods： We analysed the data of the first page of cases by using statistic description,ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results： The main factors affecting hospitalization expense include nosocomial infectlons,complications,type of payment,age and duration of hos- pitalization. Conclusion ： We should cut down the duration of hospitalization , average up the level of diagno- sis and treatment ,optimize the system of medicare to decrease the hospitalization expense.
