摘要
在世界能源结构发展趋势和我国能源结构现状与问题的基础上,对煤炭液化项目的资源条件、技术实质、能源转化效率和环境影响等方面进行了综合分析。建设煤炭液化示范项目并形成合理规模的油品产量,掌握煤炭液化技术自主知识产权是十分必要的;煤炭液化不是我国能源替代的方向,只有新能源和可再生能源才能从根本上解决能源问题。
Based on the world energy development trend and China＇s energy status snd issues in terns of energy,the article analyses coal liquefaction project from the perspectives of resources, technology essential, energy exchange rate and environmental impact. Carrying out demonstration projects for coal liquefaction in a rational oil production scale and with own copyright is very necessary. Only can new energy and sustainable energy, not coal liquefaction, be acted as the fundamental solution to oil shortage.
