摘要 三相泡沫防灭火技术是将气、固、液三相介质经发泡后形成的大量泡沫注入采空区或火区,覆盖在浮煤上,有效地抑制煤的氧化。三相泡沫在铜川矿务局陈家山煤矿的成功使用,有效地预防了综放工作面采空区遗煤的自燃发火,实现了安全生产,进一步证实了三相泡沫具有降温、阻化、惰化、抑爆等综合防灭火性能。 The technology using three - phase foam for fire prevention and extinguishing is to inject great deal foam formed by foaming of three - phase medium consisting of gas, liquid and solid into goal and cover float coal with the foam so as to inhibit coal oxidation effectively. The successful use of three - phase foam in Chenjiashan Coal Mine prevents residual coal spontaneous combustion in goal, thus safety production is achieved. Results show that three - phase foam is provided with comprehensive performance of fire prevention and extinguishing such as cooling, inhibition, inerting, explosion suppression and so on.
