新型纤维纺织品的染整加工技术

摘要 随着消费者对服装面料的需求向舒适化、功能化、环保化的方向发展,很多新型纤维的应用领域不断扩大,如PTT纤维、T400纤维、Coolmax纤维、Amicor纤维、Richcel纤维、PLA纤维、竹浆纤维等等。目前纺织面料已形成天然纤维、化学纤维及其混合纤维三足鼎立的格局,多元化、多组分的交织、交并、混纺产品成为面料的发展趋势。然而,由于新型纤维在物理、化学性能上与传统纤维有较大差异,因此新型纤维的大规模应用也给传统的染整加工带来新的挑战。必须根据这些纤维的特性,从染化料、工艺和设备出发,采取与之相适宜的染整加工方法,才能更好地发挥它们的效用,保证成品的品质。 With the demand of consumer for comfortable, functional and environment-friendly textiles improving, many new fibers come forth and into mass use, such as PTT, T400, Coolmax, Amicor, Richcel. PLA, bamboo pulp fiber etc. Today multi-fiber blends are as important as natural fibers and chemical fibers, contextures and composite products made from new fiber blends are likely to be the developing trend. However. due to a big difference in physical and chemical properties between new fibers and traditional fibers, new fibers bring new challenge to traditional dyeing & printing processing. The appropriate methods including dyestuff and auxiliaries, process and machinery, should be adopted in order to assure the quality of finished textiles.
