摘要 为了实现对电机的同步控制,提出了一种获取三相交流电的电压过零信号和电源相序自适应方法。该方法以P87C591单片机为核心,利用6N137光耦和P87C591单片机的捕获功能实现对电压过零点的检测;由软件实现对电源相序的判断和相序的自适应。这里对其硬件和软件给予了详细分析。实际应用表明,该方案经济、稳定、可靠。 In order to implement the synchronous control of motor, a method for three-phase AC voltage zero-point inspecting and phase sequence self-adaptation is proposed in this paper.The micro-controller of P87C591 is the key part of the solution,the 6N137 and capture interrupt of P87C591 is adopted to detecting the zero-point of three-phase AC voltage.The phase sequence judgment and phase sequence self-adaptation is realized by the program operating in the controller.The software and hardware of the design method is shown. The test and real application results show that the method is economical, stable and reliable.
