摘要
以典型集装箱起重机为研究对象,基于Fluent 6.1.22软件平台,分别在均匀风场和B类地面粗糙度风场,以及在工作状态和非工作状态下,对起重机各杆件上的平均风压进行了计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟,并将数值模拟结果与刚性测压模型风洞试验数据进行了对比.结果表明:基于Fluent的雷诺应力模型(RSM)在数值模拟中预测结果相对较好,数值模拟可以弥补风洞试验困难,较准确地获得集装箱起重机整机的平均风荷载.
The mean wind pressures and the mean wind forces acting on a typical quayside container crane, whose largest hoist capacity is 65 t and the longest outstretching distance is 65 m, are numerically simulated with reynolds stress model (RSM) and turbulence model based on Fluent 6.1.22 software platform. The numerical simulation is carried out in a uniform flow and a natural wind flow over open terrain, and under boom-down condition (working stage) and boom-up condition (non-working stage) of the container crane. Meanwhile, wind tunnel tests on the crane model at a geometry scale of 1/50 for wind pressure distributions are performed. Finally, a comparative study is made between the wind pressures from the wind tunnel test and the numerical simulation and a much more accurate result about the mean wind load on a container crane is obtained.
