摘要 应用ANSYS分析锈蚀钢筋屈曲承载力降低问题.使用弧长法对荷载—纵向位移平衡路线进行全过程跟踪研究.分析锈胀开裂的混凝土结构中局部箍筋锈断致使受压区锈蚀纵筋在未达到全截面屈服时发生非线性屈曲的规律.分析中考虑材料屈服强度、初弯曲和长径比对锈蚀纵筋承载力的影响.拟合大量分析结果,提出锈蚀钢筋压屈的四类纵向应力—应变曲线.曲线方程式的计算结果与197根锈蚀钢筋试件的试验数据比较,可很好吻合,表明所提出的方程式可用于锈裂混凝土结构剩余承载力评估. This paper presents an analysis of the buckling carrying capacity degeneration of corroded reinforcing bars by using ANSYS software, and also an inuestigation of the full load-longitudinal displacement equilibrium path of corroded reinforcement with the arc-length method. A detailed study is also made to reveal the rule of longitudinal bars in the compression region of corroded and cracked concrete structures buckling before reaching yield strength due to local stirrups being gravely corroded and broken. Yield strength, initial flexure and length-to-diameter ratio of corroded reinforcing bars have been taken into the consideration of the analysis of the capacity degeneration. Four types of longitudinal load-displacement curves are proposed on the basis of numerous analysis results. A comparative study show that the results of the proposed equations of curves agree well with the experimental data of 197 corroded specimens. The proposed equations are feasible to estimate the residual carrying capacity of corroded and cracked concrete structures.
