摘要 从污染物去除性能、控制参数变化、生物活性状况和污泥特性等方面,研究了低温间歇式活性污泥处理(SBR)系统的运行特性.试验结果表明:低温SBR系统的化学需氧量(COD)去除过程分两阶段进行,氨氮硝化反应发生在第二个COD去除阶段里;污泥2,3,5氯化三苯基四氮唑(2,3,5-triphenyl-tetrazolium Chloride,TTC)和碘硝基四氮唑[2-(p-iodophenyl)-3-(p-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-tetrazolium Chloride,INT]电子传递体系(ETS)活性及摄氧速率(OUR)呈现出周期性变化规律,TTC和INT ETS活性可以有效表征出整个工艺过程的生化反应进程,OUR可以表征出好氧阶段的生化反应进程;pH曲线可为反应全过程提供可靠信息,溶解氧(DO)仅适合于揭示好氧阶段的反应进程,氧化还原电位(ORP)不适合用于低温SBR系统的过程控制;低温SBR系统混合液挥发性悬浮固体(MLVSS)与混合液悬浮固体(MLSS)的比值随着运行周期的增加而不断升高,运行稳定的低温系统MLVSS与MLSS的比值高于常温系统. Performance of low temperature Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) system was studied via the investigation of pollutants removal, parameters control, biological activity and sludge characteristics. The results show that Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) removal in low temperature SBR system is divided into two stages, and nitrification reaction occurs on in the second stage. 2,3,5-triphenyl-tetra- zolium Chloride TTC and 2-(p-iodophenyl)-3-(p-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-tetrazolium Chloride (INT)- Electron Transport System (ETS) activity and Oxygen Uptake Rate (OUR) of activate sludge changed periodically in the low temperature SBR system. The variation of TTC and INT-ETS activity can provide suitable information about the process of the whole SBR system, and OUR can reflect the biochemical reaction of the aerobic stage: pH values provide a good indication of the ongoing biological reactions for the whole process, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) only fits for aerobic process and Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) is unsuitable for low temperature SBR process control. Mixed Liquid Volatile Suspended Solid (MLVSS)/Mired Liquid Suspended Solid (MISS) of low temperature SBR system rises with the increase of operation cycle, and when system remains stable, MLVSS/MLSS of low temperature system is higher than that of normal temperature system.
