摘要
本文着重论述了绿色技术的概念、层次及意义，指出在我国尽快树立起崭新的生态伦理观，大力推行绿色技术，把我国经济、社会、环境纳入协调发展的轨道，是实现可持续发展的必由之路。
This paper expounds the concept, level and significance of technology ofgreen, and points out that establishing completely new outlook of ecological ethics andcarrying out technology of green to attain the coordinated development of economy, society and environment is the only way to achieve the sustainable development of our country.
