摘要
质量是现代企业核心竞争力最基础的、也是最根本的要素。随着地区化、集团化、全球化经济和技术的发展,产品面临的价格压力也越来越大,而顾客对质量的期望却越来越高。面对日趋激烈的市场环境,企业怎样形成稳定特效的产品、服务和系统质量,以有限的资源满足客户和相关方无限的需求和愿望,形成真正的核心竞争优势是面临的一个较为紧迫的问题。本文着眼于质量链管理机制的创新,立足于核心质量流程受控的角度确保企业能够保持卓越的质量竞争能力。
Quality is the essential and core element of the organisations'competitive power. With the development of localized, groupized and globalised economy and technology, the price competition becomes the main factor to gain the market share. However, customers'expectation of product quality is keeping increasing. Facing the high business competition, how to produce high-demanded products, provide good product quality and customer service to satisfy customers' increasing demands by using limited resources is the major issue for the contemporary enterprises to gain the competitive advantage. This article focuses on the quality chain management in- novation and quality procedure control to ensure the high quality competitive advantage of organizations.
