A Brief Discussion on the Inaction Church and Its Religious Thought

无为教是明中叶出现于民间宗教世界的重要教派,由其创立者罗清构建、罗清弟子继承与发展的无为教教义思想,不仅孕育出一批又一批民间宗教理论家与实践家,而且引发了一场空前的民间宗教运动,对明清时期的宗教信仰领域造成了巨大而深远的影响。

The ＂inaction church＂ which was founded in the middle period of the Ming Dynasty is an important church in the world of civilian religion. Luo Qing conceived the thoughts and his disciples developed them. The church not only cultivated many theorists and practical masters of civilian religion, but also arose an unprecedented movement in civilian religious domain. The church influenced the faith in the period of the Ming and the Qing dynasty tremendously.
