摘要
商事交易电子化,已经成为21世纪商事活动的基本趋势。电子商务已成为21世纪世界经济发展的一个最重要的原动力。中国电子商务近年来虽然发展迅速,但与邻国日本相比,还存在差距。日本的电子商务虽然起步较晚,但发展迅速,其规模在亚洲太平洋地区已经奠定了电子交易第一的地位,在世界范围内已排到第二位。因此,分析日本发展电子商务领先的原因,对于促进中国电子商务的发展应该会有所助益。
E - commerce has become a general tendency in the business activities in the 21st century, and it has become the most important power for the 21 century. In the recent years, e-business in China has developed quickly. However, compared with the neighbouring country, Japan, we can find there is clear distance. Though, e-business in Japan started late, it developed very quickly, and has taken the first place in scale in Asi- an Pacific region, and second place in the world. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore why Japan can take the lead in e-commerce, because it can help China to develop its e-commerce.
