摘要
基于热力学分析和自1987年以来在诺里尔斯克镍矿冶公司北极分公司铜冶炼厂Vaniukov炉烟气处理装置积累的操作经验,开发了一种用天然气直接还原含硫冶炼烟气生产硫磺的改良工艺。中试结果证明,在天然气消耗量为400—500 m^3/t的条件下,硫回收率达92%~95%。反应动力学检验表明,在当时的操作温度条件下,二氧化硫由甲烷非催化气相还原的主产物为二硫化碳,该反应是建立还原过程机制的基础。
Based on thermodynamic analysis and operating experience accumulated since 1987 in an installation processing part of the off-gases from the Vaniukov furnaces at Norilsk Nickel Polar Division' s copper smelting operation, a modified teehnology for producing sulphur from sulphureous metallurgical gas by direct reduction with natural gas was developed. Pilot tests confirmed that a sulphur recovery of 92% -95% was achieved at a natural gas consumption of 400 -500 m^3 per tonne of produced sulphur. Examination of the reaction kinetics revealed that, under the prevailing temperature conditions, the primary product of the non-catalytic gas-phase reduction of sulphur dioxide by methane was carbon disulphide, and that reaction was the fundamental basis on which the reduction process mechanism has been worked out.
