分析固体硫磺制酸装置尾气普遍冒烟的原因,认为是原料硫磺含水及有机物所致。建议适当延长硫磺熔融精制时间,让水分蒸发;熔硫前在硫磺中拌入一定的硅藻土和纯碱,以除去有机物并中和酸性,减少焚硫过程水分的产生。

Analysis suggests that common opacity of tail gas from solid sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants is attributed to moisture and organics contents in raw materiel sulphur, It is proposed to properly extend time for melting and refinery of sulphur to allow moisture to evaporate, and to blend some diatomite and soda into sulphur before melting to remove organic matters and neutralize acid to minimize the formation of moisture during sulphur burning process.
