摘要 论述硫铁矿制酸装置中氟的危害性、存在形式和去除方法。以典型的空塔—填料塔—两级电除雾器稀酸洗净化工艺为例,介绍了水玻璃炉气除氟工艺流程、水玻璃加量的理论计算、操作注意事项、设备运行管理以及系统堵塞的处置。 The hazard, existing form and removal method of fluorine in sulphuric acid plants based on pyrite are discussed. A fluorine removal method with water glass is described for a typical weak acid scrubbing system in an arrangement of empty tower-packed tower-two stage wet electrostatic precipitator, with emphasis on theoretic calculation of water glass addition amount, matters needing attention during operation, equipment running management and how to deal with system blocking.
