摘要 介绍密相气力输送技术在金隆350kt/a铜冶炼系统改造中的应用。在改造中选择麦考勃公司的密相泵输送系统将闪速炉烟气系统沉尘室及电收尘器捕集的烟尘送到烟尘仓,然后送回闪速炉。重点论述密相泵输送系统的工作原理、系统控制、使用过程中存在的问题和改进。通过将呼吸阀由球阀改为圆顶阀并修改相应的控制程序,改造给料仓料位开关、增加现场防尘措施等,密相泵输送系统得到了成功的应用。结合实践提出进一步改进的建议。 Application of dense phase pneumatic conveying technology in upgrading of Jinlong Copper' s 350 kt/a copper smelting system is described, in which Macawber' s Denseveyor was chosen to convey dust from dust pocket of flush furnace and electrostatic precipitator to dust chamber, finally, back to flush furnace. The working principle of Denseveyor, system control, as well as problems and solution during operation are discussed in detail. Denseveyor operated well by changing breathing valve from a ball valve to a dome valve and relevant control program, improving level switch of feeding bunker and adding dust protection on site, and so on. Suggestions of further improvements are made.
